Stephen “Blake” Gibson is the owner of PhobosTAC LLC, a process service and private investigation firm located in Midland, Texas. He was born and raised here, graduating from Robert E. Lee High School in 2004. After high school, Blake spent more than a decade serving the community under Sheriff Gary Painter. After leaving Midland County, Blake continued serving in both law enforcement and the non-profit sector. He knows the Permian Basin’s streets, neighborhoods, and people because he grew up in them. Both personally and professionally.
